No, Heghghach does *not* mean the same thing as the noun Hegh, and Marc 
Okrand does address this point in the HolQeD interview (in fact, it's 
probably my favorite point).  There are far more subtlties to -ghach and 
the kinds of nouns it creates than most have speculated.

All the issues of HolQeD went out two days ago, so in theory you should 
be getting yours soon (assuming your subscription is active).  It's a 
great interview, and there's other fine things in the issue too.
