The Klingon Empire's Helm.  I like it!  It calls to me, this image of the
empire as a vessel . . . surging forward through space . . . growing . . . not
unlike the Komerex!  Yes!  Ye . . . hurm?   What?  "emblem"?  A homophone?
Oh.
