FTP file policy proposal

In the interest of Klingon standards, and all that, I believe the description
files in the FTP directories should be marked for the following information:
1. Author/Translator
2. Who this text has been reviewed by.
Text reviewed by a couple of people and revised accordingly (like Fred's
songs) are obviously going to have higher status than work that noone's
really looked at to review at all (like... my stuff ;( --- Mark honourably
excepted, of course ;) .
I think this an opportune time to rekindle an old favourite of mine: the
Grammarian issue. We have a lot of Klingon text here, not all of which
is being reviewed by those officially qualified. A lot of it is being done
by me instead ;) . I'm also unclear as to how grammarians get the position,
what happens if they disagree, how actively they should be vetting Klingon
text for publication (ftp, mailing list, HolQeD, or KLI Press), whether we
need more of them, whether there is some way of guaranteeing that a grammarian
does comment on any given text within a certain time-frame before the
remainder of the list gets set loose on it (maybe assigning texts to review
to grammarians depending on the first letter of the poster's surname? I'm
being serious; people's text is being commented on in a quite haphazard manner
these days), how many grammarians should vett a piece before it gets
published, how many grammarians does it take to change a lightbulb ;) , etc
etc etc.
