To minimize confusion and excessive levels of quoting, I'm writing this in
English and not using marginal quotation indicators, so all the colons in the
first column, and the ">" after one of them in the third column, are as seen
in the material I'm quoting. Marnen asks where I'm quoting him from; his
question is:
