He probably wanted "only", as in "exclusively", but {neH} only
means that when it follows NOUNS. When it follows VERBS, it
means "only" in the sense of "merely", which is probably not
what he was after. I'd probably set up a logical sequence,
using {-pa'}... But I'll leave him to that.

After all, your original intent comes dangerously close to
