Things here at KLI central are pretty crummy at the moment.
In addition to the typical end of the semester woes, and the hassles that
go along with buying a new house, the last couple of days have been extra
special. 1) my wife is out of town, visiting her parents and helping
with an ailing father. 2) our apartment was burglarized yesterday,
trashing the place and taking expensive and uninsured objects of material
consumption. 3) I have just sprained my ankle and it is huge and
misshapen and hideously colored.
So, if you've sent me some mail lately, don't be surprised if I don't get
to it right away. I'm not having a good week.
