I believe the KD says specifically that if the -oy suffix follows a word
that ends in a noun, an ' is stuck in there between them. Yes, this
means that ?ghuoy? and <ghu'oy'> are now pronounced the same, and context
is required to see which is intended. In fact, that might even be the
example used... *checkse KD* Nope, no example given, but it *soes* say
that a ' is put in. Read page 174.
