Slight interruption here. If you look into the context, there is a king, who
is the actual ruler, and then the queen, who doesn't actually rule, but only
carries the responsibilities and privileges of being the wife to the ruler.
So gender is important.

Well, actually the gender distinguishing terms that have {be'}/{loD} first
have a second syllable which does not have an independent meaning. I'm
talking about {be'nal} and {be'nI}. But the words which have the
gender-determining part last have a first part the is an independent word.
Here I mean {puqbe'}.

But {ta'be'} is nothing more than a shortening of {ta'be'nal}, if you can
live with that.
