"bang" is a _noun_ meaning "love", or, more precisely, "one who is
loved". As Valkris says in ST3: "Qapla' joHwI' bangwI' je" "Success, my
lord and my love".

There is no verb in TKD meaning "to love", thus Krankor suggests
"muSHa'", the complement of "muS" "hate, detest", in the same vein of
"parHa'" "like" being the complement of "par" "dislike".
