Agreed.  But you still need to have a translation for the joke.

I see what you've done here, and it DOES seem to work better.  The thing that
has been confusing me about tlhingan Hol grammar is how you go about using
several verbs in one sentence, as you've done above.

I've been reading everything that comes across this list for quite some time
now; I *thought* I understood tlhingan Hol *until* I started reading this list.
Most of what comes through here only leaves me more confused than ever. 
Would it be asking to much of the Linguists here to explain things a little
more simply and a bit less technically?


KoSneH, still confused, but enlightened and trying *real* hard to understand.
