The home world is definitely called Qo'noS. This is apparently
a reference to Kronos, which was the home world of the
Alien-of-the-week in all those '50s horror flicks. While I
don't have a specific reference for this just now, I know that
there have been several references to Kronos as the home world
of the Klingons and TKD lists Qo'noS as the Klingon word for
Kronos.
