Does anyone know what Okrand is up to these days?  I head a rumor 
recently that the Klingon Encyclopedia is soon to be released, but I 
had thought that that project was defunct, due to lack of funds or 
something.

Also, I had head that Okrand is working on a project relating to 
American Sign Language.  Is this true?  This is an area of specialal 
(linguistic) interest to me.
