Hello, everyone. This is my first post to this list, and as my fluency level
in Klingon is not the greatest, I will attempt very little speaking in it for
a while. My reason for joining this list comes out of an interest in the whole
Klingon culture. I've always had an interest in language, why people attach a
certain meaning to a certain string of symbols and all that, but I have little
training in understanding the ins and outs of how it works. (I've actually
been on for a day or two, and have been blown away by the level of some of
these posts. Some of you people really know this stuff!) This is kind of the
beginning of a hobby from me, so you probably won't be seeing a lot of posts
from me to begin with, at least until I begin getting the swing of things
around here.
I do have a request, similiar to the request Magick posted. Does anyone
have access to a Klingon font for the Macintosh? I saw one once on the
network, but by the time my server was able to get there, it was deleted for
lack of use. Anyone know anything? Thanks in advance.
