Here on the list we commonly use {lugh} "be right, be correct" as Ruben has done but looking at my notes I see that Okrand seems to use it only WRT people:

This last simile is ambiguous since Okrand has never used it in context in a sentence. It feels like the Klingon equivalent of English "right as rain". E.g.
? bIlugh; Sor Darur.

It's antonym {muj} "be wrong" has never been used in any sentence, though there is an idiom:
bIQ ngaS HIvje'
The cup contains water:
"This idiomatic expression means be quite mistaken, be totally wrong." (KGT 120)
Cf. also the slang word {bachHa'} "err, make a mistake" (KGT 145) vs. the standard verb {Qagh} "err, make a mistake".
The quality {qar} "be accurate" OTOH has been used with things, or at least words ({mu'mey qar} "standard or proper Klingon") and statements in general ({qar'a'} "Isn't it? Isn't that so? Right?").
