Likely, a Klingon would keep a space for bathing separate from the  
rest of the house for the same reason Terrans keep toilets separate  
from the rest of the house: The activity is considered unpleasant.  
Terrans don't want to look at a toilet while they are eating.  
Klingons wouldn't want to look at a bathtub while they were eating.  
It would put off their appetite.

Then again, proper bathing is more likely to happen in a river,  
anyway. Especially if there are dangerous creatures in the water.
