Don't forget to conjugate your verbs: That should be {jI'IQ} "I'm sad".  If 
you're emphasizing the pronoun, you still have to conjugate the 
verb:  {jI'IQ jIH} "*I* am sad.  As for me, I'm sad.  I (of all people!) am 
sad."

Also, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by {yapHa'}.  {yapbe'} "not 
enough" is fine.
