Found out by accident on the thlIngan-Hol list a few days ago that it
was going to be held somewhere in Pennsylvania. Wanted to find out
more, but the "Information about the upcoming qep'a'" page at the KLI
website (/stuff/qepa.html, linked from
/stuff/qepmey.html) shows only a photo of last
year's qep'a' and gives no info on the current one.
The "KLI Merchandise" page (/stuff/Merchant.html)
also lacks any way to register or pay for attending the qep'a'.

Couldn't justify the travel expenses for attending from Japan. But I
would have been willing to pay the non-attending registration fee
anyway, as I've done in years past.

Posting the details of the upcoming qep'a' and providing a form for
registration and payment on the KLI website would have been a good
start.
