It's immediately obvious that the Okuda version has no relation to the 
Klingon version.  The beginning seems to be borrowed from S8.  Assuming it is, then 
*5asthvis* should be *qastahvis*.  *477911* takes the place of *pohmey , 
wo'riv*, but bears no similarity to it.  *q(o/d)udaj* should be *qordu'daj*.  Here 
the text changes to English.  It is a curse or insult (perhaps by a 
disgruntled SkyBox employee?)  This English text also accounts for the 'f' and 'k' in 
the symbol mapping in the introduction.  *stars* and *bath*, along with the 
fragments at the end, are unexplained.
