DaH! jIDachDI' qas jabbI'ID SIrghvam Dajqu'.
I had an idea inspired by the current HolQeD (my first HolQeD!) that's
likely not quite technically valid, but might have enough merit to throw
into the mix:
wa'leS peD qIt law' vaghvatlh vatlhvI' qIt rap.
Which is nice for also allowing things like:
wa'leS peD qIt law' vaghvatlh vatlhvI' qIt puS.
and:
"vertically polarized photon" tu'lu' qIt law' vaghvalth valthvI' qIt nIb.
and maybe even:
"vertically polarized photon" tu'lu' qIt law' vI' vagh qIt nIb.
The problem is that for this to be technically valid, one has to interpret
{vaghvalth vatlhvI'} something
along the lines of a "hypothetical event whose probability is 50%" in order
to be a valid item for
comparison. I haven't internalized tlhIngan Hol well enough to /feel/ any
awkwardness due to this, but I
can see that it might be awkward.
