According to my notes, the IKV Qu'Vat - a Vor'Cha-class attack cruiser - 
rendezvoused with the Enterprise-D in 2369, carrying Governor Torak on an 
investigation into the death of a Starfleet officer at Relay Station 47. 
(TNG "Aquiel").
