You probably meant {ghaH}, not {chaH}. But with that change, your phrase
seems to say what you want it to.

Use it where you'd use the English noun "beloved" and you probably won't go
wrong.

Unless you're on *much* friendlier terms with your neighbors than the
typical case, I'd suggest that you limit it to family and *extremely* close
friends. :-)
