We've not seen a phrase like "most Klingons" used in an official source, so
nobody is "sure" of how to use it. However, the way you used it matches
the way "most" of us think it should be used. It likely acts like {Hoch},
referring to a quantity of things when used before a noun, and referring to
a part of a single thing when used after.
