Apparently it only refers to weather. Consider these words for the military
meaning: /HIv/ "attack"; /yot/ "invade"; /weH/ "raid." Also useful might be
the adverbials /pe'vIl/ "forcefully" and /pay'/ "suddenly." See also the
KGT section on military jargon.
