Incidentally, you also seem to suffer from the so-called "comb quoting"

which has alternating long-and-short lines when OE broke the line
without telling you.
I've heard good things about "OE-QuoteFix"
( http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/oe-quotefix/ ), which is
supposed to be able to fix comb quoting and other common OE
problems.
