The book you are looking for was written by James Van Hise and Hal Schuster.
It was published by Pioneers Books - who are located in Las Vegas. It is
currently out of print, but Amazon.com will attempt to locate it for you if
you like. Also, you do not say where you are from, but there are 10 or so
libraries in the U.S. that own the book and are willing to send it to other
libraries via Inter-Library Loan. All you have to do is ask at your local
public library and they should be able to find you a copy to borrow within a
few weeks.
As for the accuracy or quality of the material, I cannot be of any help,
however, Amazon lists this synopsis of the book:
"Forty full-color photographs help reveal the mysterious, rarely glimpsed
world of Klinzai and the Klingon empire in an unauthorized tour that
explores historic Klingon monuments, battlefields, cities, and homes, and
examines Klingon society and social structure. Original. IP."
