Correct. It's listed in the glossary in KGT (Klingon for the Galactic
Traveller):
'uch hold, grasp (v)
We first learned of the word in TKW (The Klingon Way), where it appears in the
following two sayings:
mupwI' yI'uchtaH
Keep holding the hammer! (p.120)
wa' jaj 'etlh 'uchchoHlaH tlhIngan puqloD; jajvetlh loD nen moj
The son of a Klingon is a man the day he can first hold a blade. (p.177)
The glossary in KGT collects, inter alia, the words Maltz revealed to Okrand
after the publication of the second edition of TKD which have appeared in CK,
PK, TKW, the SkyBox trading cards, etc. The serious Klingonist should own a
copy.
As an interim resource, consult charghwI's list of "Klingon Words Not in The
Klingon Dictionary" maintained at the KLI site at:
/kli/newwords.html
This list, however, is not complete. As chargwI' explains:
"Note that with the addition of the book _Klingon for the Galactic Traveler_,
we have a new published word list with which we have no interest in competing.
All entries of words formerly on this list which exist in KGT have been
removed
so as to not compete with Dr. Okrand's income via royalties. KGT words exist
here only if they have shown up somewhere in canon with a different meaning
than listed in KGT. For a complete word list, combine this list with TKD and
KGT."
For example, {'uch} does not appear in charghwI's list since the word appears
in KGT.
