DON'T buy them from that store.  You can buy the one that looks like the
d'k tahg (Daqtagh) for $50

Originally it was called the "Bird of Prey" and the symbol on the sheath
look a little more klingon.  Paramount didn't like this so the name was
changed and also the symbol on the sheath.  So, no, they are not offical.
