You might want to say {vIHaDtaH}, as it has continued over time and still
continues.

}wa'Hu ram, jInejpu':

You dreamed last night, not you had dreamed. {wa'Hu' ram jInej. DaHjaj po
jInejpu'} "Last night I dreamed. This morning I had dreamed." or "will have
dreamed" or "have dreamed", depending on whether you say this before after
or during the morning. TKD isn't as clear on this point as Marc Okrand has
been later. The past tense is established by the word {wa'Hu'}. All that
{-pu'} does is indicate that the action is complete as of the timestamp, or
implied time.

}muHIv tlhIngan Hol mu'mey. vISuv 'ej vIchop 'ach jIDoy'choH.

Again, the {-taH} suffix might be useful to express the continuing nature of
the attack. Not required, just think about it.

}jIbupqangchoHDI', nargh qeylIS.

"When I was ready to quit" - it's a reasonable translation into English,
although we can see from the Klingon that you were more than ready to quit.
{-qang} being a step more than {-rup} - or did you pick the suffix you intended?

}qInSaD! yImevQo'! SuvtaH! jatlh qeylIS.

I assume you know that SuvtaH! is clipped. That's fine here. I just have
to point it out. For the less enlightened.

}jIyajbe'. nuq 'oH qInSaD'e' vIjatlh.

The words said are not the object of verbs of saying. Say:
{nuq 'oH qInSaD'e' jIjatlh.}
This isn't clear in TKD. Okrand cleared it up later.

}qInSaD SoH jang qeylIS. vaj jIvempu'.

{vaj} doesn't mean then as in "next in time" is means then as in "if .. then"

So {vaj jIvem} (definitely not {vempu'} as you hadn't already woken up at
that time) means "thus I woke up," implying that you woke up as a
consequence of Kahless' words. You could say, {jatlhDI' jIvem} or
{jatlhpu'DI' jIvem} - "I woke up as soon as he spoke/had spoken."
