qay'be'.  I should have realized that you could have got it from another
source.  There are a lot of things you can read several times in TKD before
you notice, because you are concentrating on a different idea in the same
sentence.

}What about adverbs. I believe that -be' and -qu' may be used. I am not sure 
}about -Ha'.

Actually, the only suffix we know that can be used used on adverbs is
{-Ha'}, and even that can't be used on all adverbs.  According to Okrand
some adverbs "sound right" with {-Ha'} and some don't.  I'm sure someone
will  (P.S - I see someone already has taken the inititive to ...) follow up
with the quote and some examples of adverbs with {-Ha'}.  Don't use {-be'}
or {-qu'} on adverbs.  We have no reason to believe it's correct.

On the off chance that you meant "adjective" not "adverb" in that question,
I'll answer that, too.  Section 4.4 says that verbs used to modify nouns,
i.e. used adjectivally, cannot have any verb suffix other than {-qu'}.
However, we have counterexamples showing that {-be'} and {-Ha'} are also
allowed on stative verbs acting adjectivally.
