How about translating (moan) it by rephrasing it? The word "stinking" here
is more real, if probably prejudiced, than "this stinking book." How
about:
He'So' ghoplIj mughato'! lItHa'!!
(Well, mugato is the best translation of "ape". Maybe just leave the "ape"
as it stands. Here's a translation of "Planet of the Apes" that lets on
more about the nature of the movie than the bare title: mughato'pu' yuQ.)
