You could say {Do'Ha' DaH *DOW* neH vIghajpu'} - I'd understand that as "up
to now" which is the same as "so far." I understood it fine without
anything for "so far."

*** I recommend that anyone who is working from a non-English version of TKD
take HovqIj's advice and use pojwI' to check the vocabulary. There ARE a
few vocabulary errors in pojwI', but nothing near like DOW.
