Not really on the topic: as Krankor once showed in an issue of HolQeD, you
can never use {-vIS} on the second verb of a Sentence As Object, because
{-vIS} always requires {-taH}, and {-taH} is a Type 7 verb suffix, which is
not allowed on the second verb of a SAO.

It's one of those extra-tricky problems, because you don't usually think of
{-vIS} or {-taHvIS} as Type 7, you just think of it as a frequently used
construction.  But it's a no-no.
