Type 7 suffixes aside, I don't remember seeing any Type 9
suffixes used on the second verb of SAO. In other words, I'm
not sure that the second verb of SAO can act as a subordinate
clause to a larger sentence. You may be stretching the function
of this grammar slightly farther than it wants to go,
especially since two sentences covers this meaning so much more
simply.
I mean, consider the complexity you are opening here. Since a
{-taHvIS} subordinate clause can either preceed or follow the
main verb, if it followed it, that would put the first sentence
of SAO in the middle of the larger sentence. Yuck. Talk about
stack overflow!
We already stratech SAO farther than canon as we regularly nest
SAOs (X 'e' Y 'e' Z), but that doesn't entangle the grammar of
X, Y, and Z the way that <X Y 'e' ZtaHvIS> would.
