nuqjatlh? cha' wot'a' ghaj mu'tlheghqoq. This says something
about never being able to know a person who contains a message
(or never being able to know a message contained by a person)
and it says something about perfectly knowing a person before
insulting them, but it is all kinda mashed together.

ghaytan <Qaghqa'be'> Dalo' 'e' DaHech. There's a difference
between, "She does not err again," and "Again, she does not
err." The latter sounds like she's made a long string of
mistakes, then in an exceptional move, she got something right,
and now you are noting that she will again achieve this
exception.
