Do you know German? This is completely wrong to me. There are two
different sounds in German that are written "ch" (see HolQeD 6.3, page 10,
paragraph 5). The "ich"-sound is farther forward in the throat and
_sounds_ like the Klingon {H}, but is not. There is another sound in
German, the "ach"-sound, which is farther back in the throat and _is_ the
Klingon {H}. If you voiced the "ich"-sound, an unknowing observer might
confuse it with the real {gh}, just like the German "ich"-sound and
"ach"-sound, but it would be just as wrong.
