Fine. If you still do not want to specify exact heights (for some reason of
your own), then say,
tIn tut; rap qachvetlh.
If you believe (without good cause, I assure you) that only {rur} can be
used in this sort of way, say,
tIn tut; qachvetlh rurchu'.
{rurchu'} "resemble exactly" has the meaning you want.
And the similies show us more than just how to make a similie. It also
shows us that one can say, for instance, {mIgh; molor rur} "evil as Molor,"
and not be talking about have an appearance similar to Molor. It means that
the *quality*, not the noun, is under scrutiny.

I sincerely hope that Okrand does NOT decide to say something like this.
Fortunately, it seems clear that he does not plan to.
