HIja', Daj. FWIW, I pronounce <gh> with NO uvula action whatsoever. It is
simply a voiced <H>, or an elongated \g\, whichever is clearer. I compare it
to \b\ and \p\. It's easy to go ppppppppppp... (as a trombonist, perhaps
easier for me than most). Add the voice, you get bbbbbbbbbbb...
Do the same thing with \k\ (and \g\) and you'll have <H> (and <gh>) down.
