FAQ is temporarily unaccessible

Some folks here at work are doing some network configuration gymnastics, and
as a result the machine that serves the FAQ for this mailing list is
temporarily down. It will probably be down for at least a day longer. If
it looks like it will be down for a week or more, I will try to find a new
home.
Whereever I put it, though, you should be able to access with the same,
trusty URL, courtesy of bigfoot.
