As far as we know, Klingon mythology doesn't include a being that goes
around harvesting men's souls at the time of their death. The normal noun
for "reaper," referring to one who brings in crops such as grain from the
field, is {yobwI'}. The Klingon guardian of the souls of the dishonoured
dead is known as {veqlargh}, "Fek'lhr" in Fedstandard. As for "you're a
freak" {bIHuj} "you're strange/wired up" probably fills the bill. For more
strength you could try {taHqeq}, which is an insult meaning approximately
"$#@%&!" If you have The Klingon Dictionary, you'll find more insults on
page 178, and useful expressions in the appendix, starting on page 169. To
become really skilled in the art of Klingon cursing you'll have to study the
language, so you can rattle off original insults like: vavlI' quvHa'moH
yInlIj -- 'ej targh 'oH vavlI''e'
