I resently went to the Star Trek Experience and met with one of the local
Klingons, Capt. veloqDagh. To my great surprise she was very well versed
in tlhIngan Hol. It appears they go thru an extencive training that leaves
them well educated far above the level of a mere tourist with a TKD.
