I can't tell you EVERYONE on the list who is (since I don't know)... I know
*I* am (practicing Orthodox Jew, thanks)... I know Doq (Althea Cohen, also
an Israeli) is. Krankor and Lawrence Schoen I *think* are. I'm forgetting
someone, I know it. But anyone else out there can surely identify
him/herself without my help.

Not quite. Remember first that in Klingon, the subject comes *after* the
verb, not before. So the "jIH" should come at the end. You also need to
have the right prefixes on the verb. Since it's "I" as the subject and
something third-person as the object, the prefix is "vI-". So "yIn
vIparHa'" means "I like life." Note that "yIn" is both a noun and a verb.
As a noun it means "life," as a verb it means "to live." To say "I like to
live," you need to use sentence-as-object construction. See, Klingon
doesn't have infinitives like "to live"; what you do is you essentially say
"I live; I like that" or "I like that I live." That's what the pronoun 'e'
is for: jIyIn 'e' vIparHa' (or: jIyIn 'e' vItIv/"I enjoy that I live.")

"choHoHvIp" means "You are afraid to kill me", yes.
