Hee... Be careful about demanding that things follow the same forms in all
languages.  Don't translate words.  It doesn't work that way.  At all.  You
translate *ideas*.  charghwI' has an excellent analogy.  Picture sentences
as jigsaw puzzles.  The picture on the puzzle is the idea you want to say,
and the pieces are the words.  You can't translate by taking Each English
piece in turn and scrounging around to find a Klingon piece of the same
shape to fit in its place.  You have erase the lines, and go back to the
original, uncut picture, and carve it up into Klingon pieces from scratch.
So, for "About"... You won't find a preposition (Klingon has none, and
fairly few of the analogous construction).  But you'll find the verb "qel"
which is helpful.  "DIvI' Hol qel paqvam"/this book is about Federation
Standard (lit. this book considers/deals with the Federation language).
"On"/date?  You have qaStaHvIS, right?

If you need them for a form, maybe things like "qech:" "jaj:" "HevwI':"?
