KLBC Changing of the guard

Everyone's noticed, I think, that poor trI'Qal simply hasn't been able to
keep up with the load for KLBC. She's done the job before, but the
situation is different from what it was (and she wasn't prepared for that).
Moreover, various other real-life tasks and events, from family events to
ISP problems, have conspired to make it even harder for her to keep up with
the rising tide of beginner questions. She's done her job admirably under
the circumstances, and she certainly lacks no honor. But the job must be
done (and besides, it's *supposed* to be a rotating position), so it's time
to move the yoke to another neck. SuStel (David Trimboli) is
dumb^H^H^H^Hcourageous enough to attempt the task. May he discharge it
honorably.
