FWIW, I am not sure I'd state firmly and surely exactly how tIn, tInbe'qu'
etc. fall in a hierarchy (besides which, all of it is so dependent on
context. Even aside from the fact that what's small for a spacecraft is
large for a bathtub, even when we're talking about spaceships there's
often an implied context around. A large private yacht probably is
piddling compared to a small starship, and you wouldn't necessarily use
qualified words when talking about them in context).
But charghwI''s hierarchy sounds pretty hard to argue with (assuming
context is constant); I wouldn't go into "machbe'qu'" et al.
