True. Believe me, from bveing on the Net as long as I have I've become
well aware that USA << World! The example I was giving was answering a
hypothetical American interlocutor, since those are the ones I tend to get
most often. But I probably should have worded it better; it's just as
accurate for most industrialized countries.
