Sandre and Andre are nouns; the noun conjunction {je} is used after them.

No, {SoQ} is given as "speech, lecture, address".  All of these words mean
the same thing; it is that meaning that {SoQ} carries.  For the meaning
"address, location, place-identifier" I suggest that {Quv} "coordinates" is
the appropriate word.

{chu'} is "be new"; "new address" would be {Quv chu'}.

If you recognize that "move" shouldn't necessarily be taken literally here,
it's probably okay to say something like this.  I think using {Quv} would
be better, though.

[A small (optional) exercise:  try to say it without using the word {ghaj}.]
