There's probably no good translation that will work every time you want
to say "balloon", but there's probably a very good way to translate any
specific idea that refers to a balloon.  Without knowing how you want a
balloon to be mentioned, I can't offer any suggestions.

Translations for individual words are a common but misguided request on
this list.  The Klingon language isn't a code for english words; it's a
complete language with its own grammar.  If you want to translate ideas
well, you have to translate the ideas themselves, and not the words the
idea is expressed in.

What is the complete idea for which you want the word "balloon"?  After
we see the context, an appropriate translation can likely be devised.
