|Is it quite certain that Klingons have two hearts? {tIqwIj Sa'angnIS} I'd
|say they have one, with lots of redundant features.

In "Ethics" we learned about the brak'lul, the characteristic redundancy in
Klingon physiology. All vital bodily functions are protected by a redundant
organ or system. According to The Star Trek Encyclopedia, Klingons have 2
livers, an 8-chambered heart (double the 4 chambers found in "most"
humanoids) and 23 ribs (unlike the 10 pairs found in humans). In the recent
"Macrocosm," we found out that they also have a redundant stomach which
usually prevents them from getting nauseated.
