HIvqa' veqlargh. The KLI's sponsorship of the mailing is a very recent thing.
While the mailing list has been "supported" by the KLI (i.e., it's been running
on the machine at kli.org), it did not appear among our list of sponsored
projects until June of this year.
It's been a good long while since I've read the introductory message (and I'm
not the one who wrote it) but it along with Eli's old email address needs to be
updated.
