It also neatly sidesteps the problem of the polysemy of "have" in English.
It has gobs of meanings, at least some of which are probably wrong for
"ghaj."  Remember "Your mother has a smooth forehead"?  No "ghaj" there:
Hab SoSlI' Quch.  A great many of those "have"s are a lot smoother using
N-N constructions instead.
